Stéphane Bise

Master in Law

35 years of experience in the field of occupational benefits, 27 years of experience in the financial world (trading, intermediation and brokerage).

Stéphane Bise obtained a Master’s degree in Law in 1985 at the UNIL and completed his training in Zurich in the field of banking and occupational benefit planning.

In 1992, he was commissioned to develop a technical and accounting management company for occupational benefits in French-speaking Switzerland. In 1995, he joined the Board of Directors of Bondpartners SA in Lausanne, a FINMA-regulated securities firm listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange (until 2015). He has also been a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of this company since 2011.

In 1997, Stéphane Bise founded the company Trianon SA and the Collective Foundation of the same name with several partners. With a national approach extended to the administrative management of human resources (pensions, salaries, personal insurance), the company experienced significant growth and was sold to the Groupe Mobilière in 2016.

After his departure in 2018, Stéphane Bise continues with two of his partners a consulting and project management activity with CAC SA, particularly in the fields of occupational benefits (Elite Fondations) and digital integrity (SwissTruth).

He will become Chairman of the Board of Elite Asset Management in 2022.

Michel Aubry

40 years of experience in the banking industry, including 20 years as head of BCV’s Asset Management department.

With a banking background, Michel Aubry began his career at BCV in the early 1980s in the areas of securities and credit management.

Between 1985 and 1995, he continued his career with Renault Finance, Chemical Bank and Crédit Suisse in Geneva in the areas of foreign exchange, cash management and derivatives arbitrage.

In 1995, Michel Aubry returned to BCV and specialized in pension funds. He was appointed Head of Institutional Investments in 1996 and has since devoted himself to the development and management of institutional assets.

In 2001, BCV entrusted him with the creation and implementation of the Asset Management department, which will remain under his management until 2022. He is a member of the Bank’s Investment Committee.

A committed entrepreneur who places quality of service at the heart of his priorities, Michel Aubry will become a member of the Board of Directors of Elite Asset Management in 2023 in order to contribute his expertise and professional experience.

Stéphane Salamin

Master HEC – certified CWMA

15 years of banking experience in Wealth Management and financing, an expertise in financial consulting.

Holder of a master HEC obtained in 2005, Stéphane Salamin pursued is entire career in finance.

After two first experiences as an accounting auditor and a recruiter of financial specialists, he continued his career from 2008 in credit and Wealth Management at the Cantonal Bank of Valais.

Beginning 2015, he joined the Julius Baer Group in order to develop and manage a private clientele. Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA), Stéphane Salamin left his position as Director in 2019 and decided to found Pure Wealth Management SA. He brings his expertise in private banking and his entrepreneurial vision.

Nicolas Gut

MBA and certified USPI

19 years of experience as an entrepreneur with Real Estate expertise.

Holder of a Master’s in Business Administration obtained in 1997, Nicolas gut started his career in innovative companies active in new technologies.

In 2003, he created his first IT-services company in Geneva, and in 2007 founded a building automation and security company with nearly 50 employees.

After the sale of the entity in 2015, Nicolas Gut started in the Real Estate sector and developed the Valais branch of Luxury Places.

In 2019, Nicolas Gut founded Pure Wealth Management SA. He brings his experience of business management.

André M. Zeder

Master’s degree in Economics

33 years’ experience in capital markets and stock markets, expertise in investments for institutional and private clients.

Holder of a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva obtained in 1989, André Zeder began his career in 1990 at UBS in Zurich, in the Equity Research, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Derivatives & Structured Products departments. In 1992, he joined the Capital Markets unit, where he advised companies and public authorities on major capital market transactions. In 1995, he joined UBS’s equity sales department in Geneva, which he headed until 1998.

From 1998 onwards, André Zeder managed active Swiss equity portfolios with Soditic, then Atlas Capital. In 2008 and 2009, he was a board member of the Patrimonia pension fund.

From 2012, he continued his career as member of the Investment Committee and manager of multi-asset portfolios for institutional clients for Bank Sarasin/J. Safra Sarasin, Mirabaud Asset Management and Rescad.

In 2024, he took up a new challenge and joined Elite Asset Management as Head of Investments and Chairman of the Investment Committee, where he brings his experience and skills in asset and risk management.

Philippe Massard

Certified Public Accountant
30 years of experience in the field of occupational benefit planning, compliance and internal audit.

Philippe Massard obtained his Chartered Accountant diploma in 1994 and began his professional career with KPMG as an auditor. He then completed his training in internal financial auditing with two banks in Geneva.

In 1997, Philippe Massard founded the company Trianon SA and the Collective Foundation of the same name with a several partners. He is responsible for compliance and internal audit and is an active member of the investment committee of the Collective Foundation. With a national approach extended to the administrative management of human resources (pensions, salaries, personal insurance), the company experienced significant growth and was sold to the Groupe Mobilière in 2016.

After his departure in 2018, Philippe Massard continues with two of his partners a consulting and project management activity with the company CAC SA, particularly in the fields of occupational benefits (Elite Fondations) and digital integrity (SwissTruth). He joins Elite Asset Management in 2022 as Head of Risk Management, Internal Control and Compliance.

Jean-Baptiste Hansenne

Master Business and Economics

Recently graduated with a Master of Sciences in Business and Economics from the University of Namur, Jean-Baptiste Hansenne completed his program with an exchange year at HEC Lausanne.

During his university studies, he completed a one and a half year internship as a capital markets analyst at Euronext. Through a solid academic background and a very good first experience, Jean-Baptiste Hansenne was able to develop good first bases and skills in finance.

Passionate about this field, he joined the company in 2021 as a portfolio manager.

Aarush Jawdekar

Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management

Aarush Jawdekar graduated from the University of Geneva with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management, specialising in Economics.

His rigorous academic training, coupled with professional internships, gave him a solid grounding in finance.

Wishing to develop further in this field, he joined Elite Asset Management in 2023 as Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Fernando Martins da Silva

Member of the Investment Committee

37 years of expertise in financial analysis, strategy development and investment products.

Fernando Martins da Silva holds a degree in civil engineering from the EPFL, which was awarded the Alfred Stucky prize, and an MBA from INSEAD (Institut européen d’administration des affaires).

After two years of experience in civil engineering, he joined Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in 1986 as a financial analyst for the US market, then as a member of the Investment Committee.

In 2001, he became head of the Investment Policy Department as Chief Strategist. He was appointed Chairman of BCV’s Investment Committee, responsible for defining the macroeconomic scenario and allocating discretionary assets for the Bank’s institutional and private clients.

Fernando Martins da Silva is also dedicated to the development of asset management solutions, bringing all the necessary rigor to the investment process, from the definition of reference strategies to their implementation in portfolios.

He also actively participated in the communication on the economic and financial environment during these years.

Still passionate about financial markets and economic issues, Fernando Martins da Silva has been working as an independent consultant since May 2023 and has joined the Investment Committee of Elite Asset Management SA.

Danièle Felley

Federal Diploma in Occupational Pensions

Danièle Felley holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Occupational Pensions and brings to Elite Asset Management over 30 years’ experience in asset management and occupational pensions in Switzerland.

Working with EAM as a consultant, Danièle Felley brings specific expertise to our clients and asset management partners, enabling them to define effective, personalized pension strategies.
